Black Dodz operates as an online retail store based in Sri Lanka, specialising in premium hobby-grade RC vehicles and drones. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website at www.blackdodz.com.lk.

💳 2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available islandwide
  • Bank Transfer / Online Banking
  • Koko Installments (3-month interest-free plan)

⚠️ 3. Payment Installments (Koko)

We offer 3-month interest-free installments via Koko. Please note the following important terms:

  • A 12% service surcharge is added to the total order value when paying via Koko installments.
  • This surcharge is charged by Koko at the time of purchase and is non-refundable.
  • By selecting Koko as your payment method, you acknowledge and accept this surcharge.
  • For queries regarding Koko payments, please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order.

🚚 4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer islandwide delivery across Sri Lanka. Delivery timelines and rates are outlined on our Shipping Policy page. Black Dodz is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

🔄 5. Returns & Warranty

All products are covered under our standard warranty policy. Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects reported within the warranty period. Products damaged due to misuse, crashes, or user error are not eligible for return or replacement. Please refer to our full warranty terms for details.

🔒 6. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein, including sharing with Meta Platforms for advertising purposes.

⚖️ 7. Limitation of Liability

Black Dodz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
