Return & Refund Policy
1. 7-Day Checking Warranty
At Black Dodz, we specialize in high-performance machinery. To ensure we provide the most competitive prices in Sri Lanka, all products are covered by a 7-Day Checking Warranty. This ensures your item arrives in perfect working condition.

Eligibility: If your product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., does not power on or has a technical fault out of the box), you must notify us via WhatsApp (+94 75 766 4469) within 7 days of delivery.

Verification: A clear video of the technical fault is required for initial verification.

Resolution: Upon inspection, if a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or repair.
2. Strict Exclusions (Non-Returnable)
Hobby-grade RC vehicles and drones are high-performance machines. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for damage caused by:

Crash Damage: Any collisions, falls, or pilot/driver errors.

Water Damage: Any exposure to moisture, rain, or puddles.

Misuse: Burned motors/ESCs from over-straining or using unapproved batteries.

Modifications: Any attempt to open, repair, or modify the internal electronics.

Sale Items: Items purchased during promotional sales are final sale.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for an inspection:

The item must be in its original, unused condition.

It must be in the original packaging with all manuals and accessories.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.
4. Shipping & Inspections

Initial Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping costs to our Colombo 10 service center for inspection.

Verified Faults: If a manufacturing defect is verified, Black Dodz will cover the cost to ship the replacement or repaired item back to you.
5. Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a replacement for a defective item is unavailable.

Processing: Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer or original payment method within 5–7 business days.
